Two days of intensive self-defense workshops under the supervision of Grażyna Ferra-Kopocińska – a professional training that boosts self-confidence and equips participants with practical skills to handle dangerous situations.
During the workshops, participants:
Will learn to recognize threats and apply effective preventive techniques.
Will learn the basics of self-defense – both theoretical and practical.
Will master simple and effective techniques to defend themselves against an attacker.
Will learn how to use everyday objects for defense.
Will practice effective ways to free themselves from a crisis situation.
Buffet breakfasts enriched with vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-free products.
Movie night on Friday evening – a relaxing movie screening that allows you to unwind after a day full of experiences.
