Two days of intensive self-defense workshops under the guidance of Grażyna Ferra-Kopocińska – professional training that strengthens self-confidence and equips participants with practical skills to handle threat situations.
During the workshops, participants:
Will learn to recognize threats and apply effective preventive techniques.
Will get to know the basics of self-defense – both theoretical and practical.
Will master simple and effective techniques to defend against an attacker.
Will find out how to use everyday items for defense.
Will practice effective ways to free themselves from a crisis situation.
Buffet breakfasts enhanced with vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-free products.
Movie night on Friday evening – a relaxing film screening to help you unwind after a day full of experiences.
A taxi can be ordered to Jelenia Góra (PKS Bus Station, PKP Train Station) and Wrocław. Transport is provided by trusted carriers, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey. Booking available upon request – please contact us in advance to arrange details.
